The meeting is mandatory for skaters and parents and will take place on Tuesday, Oct 25th from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM in the Eden Prairie Community Center Cambria Room
This year we will have tables set up with all of our Board Members available to answer questions and provide information for all skaters and their parents.
We will also be holding a Used Dress/Skate Sale during the Open House!
Used Dress/Skate Sale Information
Drop Off
- Bring your used: dresses, tights, skating related clothing and skates to the Club Room on Saturday, October 15th from 9:00 – 11:00 am or Monday, October 24th from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.
- Parents / skaters please complete and sign the attached inventory sheet when dropping off your items (see below)
- There is no fee for selling your items!
Clothing
- All clothing must be tagged with selling price of the clothing and your initials.
- We recommend using masking tape as the label and pinning it to the clothing.
- Please pin scrunchies or additional accessories to the article of clothing.
- Clothing accepted: skating related, such as flannel pants with "skate" on them, sweatshirts, tights, etc.
- All clothing items must be brought on hangers (exception: tights).
Skates
- All skates must be tagged with selling price, skate size and your initials.
- Please also include any details pertaining to the boot and blade.
- It is helpful if the label indicates what level the skater was when the skates were worn.
Pick Up
- Please pick up all unsold items on Saturday, October 29th from 9:00 am – 10:00 am in the Club Room. Items not picked up at that time will be left in the Club Room to be picked up at your convenience.
- Parents / skaters are required to sign inventory sheet when picking up unsold items.
Proceeds
- The Eden Prairie Figure Skating Club will issue you a check for all of your sold items. Watch for this in your skater's folder.
