The Eden Prairie Figure Skating Club is offering an Off Ice Core Conditioning class with Lisa Zamarippa. These off-ice sessions will take place on Saturdays, starting September 17, from 12:15pm - 1:00pm in Studio A at the Eden Prairie Community Center. The emphasis is on core strengthening, flexibility and dance to improve overall skating skills. This is a unique opportunity for figure skating club members in Minnesota.
Everyone is welcome. Skaters can come for one or all sessions. Please sign in when you arrive and you will be billed accordingly.
